Our rustic gazebos, summerhouses and pavilions are some of our favorite structures to build. When placed into a landscape they become a natural focal point of beauty and intrigue. Whether you want an intimate woodland gazebo to relax in on a beautiful summer's day or a large open pavilion for your family or social get together, Romancing the Woods is the place for you. We custom build all of our intricate structures at our workshop then dismantle them to be shipped to you anywhere in the country. We will gladly work with you to create a one-of-a-kind addition to your home, park, or garden with your specific requirements in mind. Choose a design, determine a size, then contact us for a free estimate. We build using locally harvested eastern red cedar trees that we selectively cut from the Hudson Valley and Catskill Mountain Regions of New York State. Our structural joints are fastened using countersunk galvanized lag bolts, which are concealed with bark-on cedar plugs and the decorative elements are fastened using ceramic coated screws. We take great care to make sure that no hardware is visible in our construction. Our structures are extremely durable and weather well in any environment.
