Enhance the ambiance of your lake, pond, river, or brook with a distinctive rustic footbridge by Romancing the Woods, emulating the picturesque style of 18th and 19th century European estate parks and gardens. Select a design, determine its size, and contact us for a complimentary estimate. Our bridge frames can be constructed either arched or flat and are crafted from pressure-treated lumber for exceptional durability. The bridge fascia can be designed with a rough surface to achieve a rustic appearance or can be concealed using bark-on cedar half-round logs or western red cedar rough-sawn boards. The railings are constructed from locally harvested eastern red cedar trees and branches, selectively cut from the Hudson Valley and Catskill Mountain Regions of New York State. For further railing design options, please refer to our fencing and railings page. Romancing the Woods bridges are renowned for their exceptional durability and ability to withstand various environmental conditions.
